About the Owner

I am a native NY'er, born in the South Bronx (Fort Apache in the late 1950's) New York City. As a former NYPD and USAF veteran I’ve gained invaluable insight into human behavior. My experience and understanding of criminogenesis, the criminal justice system (CJS) includes years of street patrol, criminal investigations, interrogations, evidence collection and grand jury testimony including responding to the 911 WTC attack as a first-responder in 2001. My academic pursuits allow me to leverage my experiences of the inner-city life of a NY'er, to explore my passion to bring effective social change to hyper-management behaviors within government entities, businesses and social organizations. I have found over the years that these abusive behaviors, i.e., bullying, retaliation and corruption are complex and inextricable aspects of our nature as a species and the human condition making it a challenge to reform under-performing bureaucrats, inept leadership and philosophies that cultivate unethical subgroups, subcultures and policy.
